At PsyMood, we are on a mission to connect people with mental health support based on their language and cultural background.
Seeking out help and therapy to improve mental well-being is a personal endeavour.
Everyone has a different journey, and often time that journey is impacted by their unique circumstances and background. PsyMood wants you to embrace that uniqueness, encouraging you to seek help when needed.
In December, PsyMood launched the platform to connect therapists with you, through your cultural background and first language.
In celebration of this achievement, we held an online session where specialists explain how they think cultural awareness in therapy is beneficial to clients who are seeking help.
